Welcome to SAINT HROUDA, a house devoted to memory, craftsmanship, and the making of heirlooms. By entering our world and placing an order, you agree to the following terms that protect both our artistry and your experience.

1. Our Offering

Each garment is a heirloom—created in limited editions, with no promise of return once sold. Availability is fleeting, and pieces may be updated, altered, or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you honor the work by providing accurate details and completing payment in full at checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders in alignment with our capacity and vision.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Our pieces are fulfilled and shipped through Printful, a trusted partner that helps carry our work into your hands. Because each item is made to order, shipments may arrive separately and at different times. For a full understanding, please see our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns & Final Sale

Every SAINT HROUDA piece is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as each garment is crafted with the intention of permanence. If, however, a piece arrives damaged or defective, please write to us at sainthrouda@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery so we may address the matter with care.

5. Creative Rights

All images, words, designs, and garments are the intellectual property of SAINT HROUDA. They are not to be copied, repurposed, or distributed without written consent.

6. Limitation of Responsibility

Our garments are designed to be lived in and cherished, but we are not liable for any indirect or incidental harm arising from their use or from your interaction with this site.

7. Governing Spirit

These terms are bound under the laws of the State of New York. But more than that, they are bound by our promise to deliver work that holds meaning, beauty, and longevity.
